Dabhol Power Company (DPC) on Monday sought the intervention of the Mumbai High Court to decide on the jurisdiction of the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) in restraining the MNC from activating escrow account and initiating international arbitration proceedings against Maharashtra State Electricity Board(MSEB).
