In a bid to end the deadlock over the Dabhol power project, the Centre's representative, Mr A V Gokak, today came up with a "set of proposals" at the talks between Enron-Dabhol Power Corporation and the Madhav Godbole committee. The Godbole panel was set up by the Maharashtra government to renegotiate some crucial aspects of the $2.9 billion project.
