Lenders to the controversial $2.9 billion Dabhol power project in Maharashtra have decided to go in for a "confidential" vote allowing the Dabhol Power Company to issue a pre-termination of PPA notice to the MSEB. BA Asia, the 'facility agent' of the lenders, will conduct the vote on Monday.
