US energy major Enron's Dabhol Power Company (DPC) on Wednesday filed a writ petition in the Mumbai High Court, challenging the May 29 order of the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) that had restrained the multinational firm form activating the escrow account. Sources said neither MSEB nor the State Government have been served with notices. The petition would come up for hearing on June 11, sources said.
