Indutry and commerce minister Murasoli Maran today cleared FDI proposals worth Rs 1,300 croee, including that of Enron to bring in Rs 1,083 crore for implementation of phase two of the Dabhol project. The Enron proposal involves equity restructuring as MSEB is keen to dilute its stake below 30 per cent in the project.
