The Dabhol Power Company will start construction of its regassification plant in October, even before the financial closure of Phase II of the $3-billion power project. Disclosing this, Mr Joseph Sutton, who recently took over as CEO of Enron International from Ms Rebecca Mark, said that Maharashtra would be the first state in the country to bring in a new source of natural gas to India.
