Tanzania and Zambia are looking for an investor to construct a power line linking them to the Southern African Power Pool (SAPP). Officials attending a SAPP meeting that ended in Dar-es-Salaam last Thursday told The EastAfrican that the two countries were finalising arrangements before advertising a tender for investors to run the power line.
