The Health and Welfare Ministry in Japan is planning to set up a computer database on toxic chemicals and first aid for poisoning in 900 public health centers around the country, officials said over the weekend. By developing a database on toxic chemicals, the centers will be able to better cope with accidents or crimes in which people are poisoned by chemicals, the ministry officials said.
