The death last week of Hisashi Ouchi, shocked Japan. Ouchi, a JCO Co. employeed exposed to massive amounts of radiation during the Sept.30 accident at the company's nuclear fuel plant in Tokai-mura, Ibaraki Prefecture, died after nearly three months of treatment.
