The Uttar Pradesh State Electricity Board(UPSEB) communique regarding removal of the Government of India clause in the case of Aditya Birla Grouip's Rs 2,600-crore Rosa Thermal Power Plant project of 567(283.5x2) mw in Shahjahanpur in association with the Power Gen, UK, has cleared all the bottlenecks of this project.
