The Union power minister, Mr P R Kumaramangalam, has warned the Delhi government of an impending 'severe power crisis' next summer and has suggested steps to mitigate the problems. In a letter to the Delhi chief minister, Ms Sheila Dikshit, Mr KUmaramangalam has expresses his concern about the quality and reliability of power in Delhi .
