The Delhi Pradesh BJP has criticised the Congress administered Government of NCT of Delhi for failing to achieve the plan targets. Commenting on the performance of the government under the Annual Plan 2002-2003 and sectoral highlights of draft Plan 2003-2004, the Leader of the Opposition in Delhi Legislative Assembly, Mr Jagdish Mukhi said only 67.7 per cent of the Plan outlay had been spent till Feb 2003.
