Delhi Government's Bawana phase II power project is apparently going the Bawana phase I way: nowhere. In a controversial move, which will certainly jeopardise the prospect of early commissioning of the 650 mw power project, Delhi government has offered the Rs 1600 crore project to US power ginat KLT Power International, excluding its Indian partner Ballarpur Industries Limited(BILT) from the venture.
