Stating that it would not be possible to meet the September 30 deadline on plying only CNG buses on Delhi roads, the State Assembly today unanimously passed a resolution blaming the Centre for the present crisis and failure to put adequate infrastructure and urging the Supreme Court to accommodate the concern of the members of the Assembly.
