Transmission and distribution losses of power have come down from 52 per cent to 43 per cent during the past three months, the Delhi Power Minister, Dr Narenda Nath, claims in the Delhi Assembly today. The ministry also announced that the government was ready to buy power from Jammu and Kashmir , which had made an offer if the terms and conditions were similar to those agreed with Himachal Pradesh earlier.
