In a major step towards the privatisation of the power sector in the Capital, the white paper prepared by the Delhi Government has suggested setting up companies for distribution and transmission of power in Delhi . The white paper prepared by a seven-member committee headed by the Delhi Power Minister, Dr Narendra Nath, was presented to the Delhi Chief Minister, Ms Sheila Dikshit, at Delhi today.
