The air pollution level in the Capital has spiralled again with nearly 5000 diesel buses back on the road, after paying Rs 500 fine for plying each day. Pollution levels in Delhi had dropped dramatically after nearly 6,000 diesel-powered buses went off the road, following a Supreme Court order on April 5 asking them to stop plying or face a penalty of Rs 500 per day and double the amount after a month.
