President of the Mumbai Regional Congress Committee Murli Deora has decided to file a public interest litigation aginst tobacco consumption . Mr Deora said he had been collecting material over several months both from India and the US on the adverse effects of tobacco and he had now finilised a petition with the help of lawyer Haresh Jagtiani.
