Even after 43 years of Goa's Liberation, some of the remote villages in Sanguem like Tudov, a small hamlet situated atop the hill within the jurisdiction of Neturlim village Panchayat continues to remain undeveloped. Thanks to the government apathy in not providing any services except electricity in this remote village.
