The first manual on "dietary guidelines for Indians" has been prepared by the Hyderabad based National Institute of Nutrition in Hyderabad. The director-general of Indian Council of Medical Research, Mr N.K. Ganguly, released it on the occasion of the NIn's 80th anniversary celebrations, which was inaugurated by Andhra Pradesh governor C. Rangarajan in Hyderabad on Monday.
