The UN Assistant Secretary-General and UNDP Assistant Administrator, Dr. Hafiz A. Pasha, today said that Madhya Pradesh has received significant international recognition by setting the example of best practice by using the Human Development Report (HDR) as the bench-mark for fundamental decisions at the planning level.
