Enron-promoted Dabhol Power Company (DPC) has rejected Maharashtra State Electricity Board's (MSEB) legal notice for "rescinding" the power purchase agreement (PPA), saying "it did not have the right to do so," as the two partners get ready to plead their case before the State Electricity Regulatory Commission on Tuesday.
