The Dabhol Power Company (DPC), has taken a tough posture and given a 60 days deadline to the Centre for replying to a notice of conciliation and notice of arbitration over the non-payment of December bill of Rs 102 crore. The deadline period had commenced from April 4 when these notices were served to the Centre.
