NGO: The Delhi Transport Corporation has come under criticism from the city-based Centre for Science and Environment, an NGO working for cleaner environemnt.A study by the air pollution control units of the CSE has blamed the DTC for misleading citizens by saying it will be able to control air pollution by initiating a pilot project for diesel buses which will reduce nitrogen oxide and suspended particulate matter emission by 60 per cent.
