The Dutch government has caved in to pressure over fuel taxes and produced a Fl455m package of measures to ease the cost on its road transport sector. The concession is the latest by a European government aimed at pacifying truck drivers, after they mounted blockades in several countries this month in protest at rising prices for fuel.
