The government has given environmental clearance to Essar Oil to put up captive POL jetties at Kandla Port in Gujarat for its Rs 1,500 cr. 9 million tonnes per annum (MMPTA) oil refinery project Vadinar. Essar will also build storage tanks and oil pipelines hooked to its refinery.
