To provide the denizens of Delhi a clean environment, 15 traffic kiosks have been installed in the Capital with the ability to generate power using sunlight. Called 'solar-powered green traffic kiosks', the booths have two photovoltaic modules which convert sunlight into electricity, according to a spokesman for Srei International Finance, which set up the booths in collaboration with Delhi traffic police.
