Dr. Manmohan Singh of late occupied with the Congress Party's political matchmaking in Jammu & Kashmir, found time on Thursday to point out where the BJP was going wrong with its economic policies. "There has been progressive deterioration since 1995-96. The economy seems to have lost the rhythm. Although an eight per cent growth rate has been envisaged in the draft Tenth Plan document, the economy is certainly not doing well," he said.
