The draft 'Bangalore Declaration' coming at the end of a global conference on medicinal plants has proposed an electronic "watchdog" and data network of related organisations to monitor developments in the area. The meet on Thursday also suggested a four-pronged action plan covering trade, enterprise and traditional resource rights.Its final version would be ready in six months and the action plan would serve as a guideline to governmental and other agencies worldwide, Dr. Darshan Shankar, Director of the host body, FRLHT, told the valedictory session of the meet.
