-Energy agency's list of heavy losses

The Delhi Energy Development Agency (DEDA) incurred an expenditure of Rs. 11.36 lakhs on advertisement and publicity against sales of only 344 solar cookers, valued atRs. 1.65 lakhs, against the target of 3,000 cookers since 1994, when the subsidy given by Ministry of Non-Conventional Energy Sources was discontinued, the latest report of the Comprtroller and Auditor General of India has said.
