Enron has invoked the Central Government counter-guarantee for the second time. This time, the guarantee has been invoked to recover Rs 102 crore due to Dabhol Power Company (DPC) against the December bill for power lifted by the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB). Enron had first invoked the counter-guarantee on February 6.
