The Madhav Godbole-led negotiation committee's meeting with Enron India managing director K Wade Cline and Dabhol Power Company (DPC) president and chief executive officer Neil McGregor on Wednesday will set the stage for the Maharashtra government and the Centre to thrash out the issue of 1444 mw power offtake, which would be additionally available after phase II of the DPC project is commissioned.
