Cong.: The Congress(I), the very party which had initiated the process of bringing in foreign investment in the power sector- its first success being Enron's investment in Dabhol in Maharashtra - today put Enron back on the electroal agenda. It has demanded that the Enron project's be re-worked and its second phase, for which work is on, "be put on hold" saying its pricing of power has "unacceptable".
