Following the payment of the November 2000 bill to Enron's Dabhol Power Company by the Maharashtra State Eleectricity Board yesterday, a review panel-headed by Mr.Madhav Godbole, former State official who was later a Union Home Secretary-has been set up to look at all aspects of the high-tariff imbroglio.
