The US energy major Enron, the chief promoter of the Dabhol Power Company (DPC) will review the payment obligation of Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) and refrain from invoking the Central government guarantee following the recent payment of Rs.64 crore for the November bill by MSEB.
