Anti-Pulichintala project struggle committee' convenor Nagasena Reddy on Tuesday stated that the project was a very sensitive' issue for the people of Nalgonda district and that the government should not start the project without a proper Environmental public hearing (EPH). Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, he accused the Andhra Pradesh government for not respecting the law or the constitution and going ahead with the project without conducting any environmental assessment.
