The State Cabinet today decided to provide escrow facility to the 220 MW barge-mounted Tannirbhavi power project near Mangalore following a Karnataka High Court judgement. The government decided not to file an appeal against the judgement, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister D B Chandre Gowda said at Bangalore today.
