Fisheries Minister Ajay Vishnoi has said that every possible effort will be undertaken by the state government for the economic uplift of fishermen, who are also being covered under collective insurance scheme with a view to protecting their future. Fisheries Minister Vishnoi was addressing a function after performing bhumi pujan of modern hatchery at Devlong in Bansagar, which will be built at a cost of Rs 3 crore. On this occasion, he also distributed cheques to fishermen under the scheme.
