The Geneva-based World Economic Forum (WEF) has announced the official launch of "The Global Information Technology Report (GITR) 2002-03'. The report surveying the 'Readiness for the Networked World' is the most comprehensive, cross-country assessment of the state of information technology, covering 82 economies around the world.
