A bill calling for a public referendum on whether Finland should build a fifth nuclear power reactor has been presented to parliament, Finnish television channels reported late yesterday. The motion, introduced by a parliamentarian of the ruling Social Democratic Party (SDP), was signed by 39 members of various political parties of the 200-strong parliament, media reported.
