The first 25MW power plant under the buy-back arrangement between Haryana State Electricity Board and private sector units is to be commissioned at Sihi Sikanderpur in Gurgaon district. About 40 such plants are to be set up in the state by private companies and they will provide electrictity to HSEB exclusively.
