Lenders to the Dabhol Power Company (DPC) seem to be trying to pave the way for smooth tariff renegotiations to be carried out by the Godbole committee on May 11. Both international and domestic lenders are now moving towards slashing interest rates for the second phase of the 2,184 MW power project.
