Foreign-funded projects have helped in accelerating the pace of development in Himachal Pradesh, particularly in the fields of health, education, forestry and environment. Giving this information, an official spokesperson said that successful implementation of these projects have proved a boon for the State and are instrumental in achieving objectives of productivity and raising the quality of life in the rural areas.
