Gujarat forest and environment minister Kanjibhai Patel said that the state government's decision on the Bharat-Oman Oil Refinery (BORL) pipeline through the Saurashtra coast was in accordance with the ruling of the Gujarat High Court that the work should be carried out with minimum adverse effect on marine life.
