The Victorian Government has established a $30 million fund to encourage farmers and rural communities to use water more efficiently.Environment and Conservation Minister Sherryl Garbutt said farmers and rural communities that adopted new irrigation practices and found uses for waste-water could apply for grants over the next three years.
