`Future wars on water`

The water scarcity in twin cities of Andhra Pradesh cannot be attributed to the failure of rains, but it is a result of the erroneous water planning and resource expert Naram Krishna Rao. Other than exploiting the available sources, the successive state governments have failed to find out any alternatives to come out of the water blues. The situation has come to such a pass that future wars might be waged not on oil but on water.
