Gas Authority of India Ltd (GAIL) will complete the Rs 490 crore Vizag-Secunderabad liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) pipeline by August 2003. The 600 km pipeline will have a throughput capacity of 1.164 million tonnes, official sources said.
