Zimbabwe's fuel shortage is spreading more havoc across a country already struggling with its worst economic crisis in decades, with garbage collectors reporting yesterday that their operations had been hit. In Harare's central business district, sanitary areas are piled with bins overflowing with refuse while in some of the capital's teeming townships, garbage has not been collected for days.
