The acrimony between the Reliance Industries Limited and the OIL over the gas-supply agreement on the Assam Gas Cracker project has sharpened further with the Petroleum Ministry advising the OIL not to accpet the RIL's condition for "liquidated damage" no sooner than the OIL wrote to the Finance Ministry to help it out in the matter.
