Chief Minister Sahib Singh has claimed that work on the construction of the Rs 700 crore gas based power project would start in the Capital by the end of this year. Work orders have already been placed with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) to set up the 300 MW gas project coming up opposite the World Health Organisation (WHO) office in Indraprastha Estate.
